Install and access

Install through Chrome Web Store. Open the extension, enter your verified trial email or purchase email, and refresh access. If access is still pending, wait briefly and try again. For continued problems, contact support; do not pay again. Trial codes expire after 5 minutes; request a new code if one does not arrive.

• Add only the hostnames you own or are authorized to use.
• Grant Chrome host permission when the extension asks.
• Refresh the legacy page after enabling a hostname.

What to send

Send the smallest reproducible description. Avoid sharing private page content, customer data, cookies, screenshots with secrets, or internal credentials.

• Legacy hostname, for example intranet.example.com.
• Which feature fails: frames, redirect, modal picker, date field, or old event handler.
• Any local diagnostic text you intentionally copy from the extension.

Compatibility boundary

IE Compat Bridge is a Chrome JavaScript and DOM compatibility helper. It does not emulate a standalone legacy browser engine or execute native desktop plugins.

Refund requests

Refund requests are reviewed manually within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are approved when a valid license cannot be activated, when the extension cannot work on your configured legacy site after reasonable troubleshooting, or for duplicate charges. Try the free 7-day trial first to confirm fit on your systems.
